Glenn is a Chartered Professional Accountant whose expertise in financial leadership, strategic planning, cost control as well as risk and change management have guided multi-million dollar businesses and organizations across multiple industries to greater efficiency.

Glenn is a Chartered Professional Accountant whose expertise in financial leadership, strategic planning, cost control as well as risk and change management have guided multi-million dollar businesses and organizations across multiple industries to greater efficiency.

Before joining Commissionaires Ottawa in 2015, Glenn served as Vice President, Finance and Community Development (YMCA of Greater Saint John). Prior to that role, he worked in public and private companies as their Chief Financial Officer in Saint John and Montreal (Northrup Group, Dectron Internationale Inc. and Huntingdon Mills Inc.).

Glenn is a member of the Canadian and Ontario Institutes of Chartered Professional Accountants. He holds a Graduate Diploma in Public Accountancy from McGill University and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Simon Fraser University.

Between 2018-2021, Glenn was intricately involved in the acquisitions of four companies: ComNet Networks and Security Inc., DBP Systems, Extravision Security Technologies Inc. (Extravision), and ADGA Group Consultants Inc. (ADGA). DBP Systems and Extravision now operate as ComNet Networks and Security Inc. ADGA Group has retained its brand and operations. Moving forward in stride, Commissionaires Ottawa, ADGA and ComNet collectively offer a full spectrum of cyber, electronic and physical security solutions.

As Commissionaires Ottawa continues through a period of sustained growth in revenues and number of employees, Glenn’s proficiency in fiscal management, financial analysis and modelling, strategic financial planning and not-for-profit governance will help the company continue growing in financial resilience and sustainability.
