Jean-Marc Lanthier provides strategic leadership across the company, guiding enterprise operations, performance, and long-term growth. With deep experience in strategic planning, corporate governance, and organizational leadership built over a distinguished military and executive career, he ensures ADGA continues to deliver trusted capabilities across defence, security, and technology.
Jana Lee Murray leads corporate growth strategy, overseeing Business Development, Marketing and Communications, Innovation, and Proposal Development. With 20+ years of experience delivering complex technical solutions across defence, security, aerospace, public safety, marine, nuclear, healthcare, and commercial sectors, she specializes in advancing programs, shaping markets, and strengthening client partnerships. Her mandate is to drive sustainable growth and position ADGA for long-term success.
Jack MacDonald oversees ADGA’s delivery teams in Defence and Government Services, ensuring the success of client programs as well as all aspects of commercial and compliance activities, and human resources. He brings extensive experience in engineering, program management, procurement, strategy development, and organizational change. Jack focuses on building strong operational foundations that enable ADGA’s teams to deliver consistently and with excellence.
Doug MacCrae leads Finance, Information Technology, Information Management, and Quality, strengthening the systems, controls, and processes that support operational performance and long-term organizational health. With deep expertise in strategic financial management, risk assessment, operational efficiency, and governance, Doug ensures the company is well-positioned to grow responsibly and deliver value across its mission and mandate.
